Submit Your Deposit

Save your spot and become a UMass Boston Beacon!

Congrats again on your admission to UMass Boston! In order to save your spot, please log into the Beacon Gateway and submit your new student deposit. The sooner you’re deposited, the sooner you can complete other important next steps.

Undergraduate Students

You did it! To secure your spot at UMass Boston, submit your $250  by relevant deadline:

  • May 1 (fall start)
  • December 15 (spring start) 

This deposit will be applied to your first semester bill. Deposits are refundable by written request to the Office of Undergraduate 天美传媒 only prior to these deadlines.

Transfer Students

Welcome to UMass Boston! You are encouraged to  within 30 days of receiving your acceptance letter. Deposits are non-refundable after May 1 for the fall term and December 15 for the spring term.

Directions for Student Potential (DSP) Students

Congrats! You are exempt from the deposit. Please in the DSP program and sign up for assessment and orientation.

Graduate Students

Welcome! Please  by the relevant deadline:

  • April 25 (summer start)
  • August 17 (fall start)
