Education, Nursing, Sociology, Public Affairs Programs All in Top 100 on U.S. News & World Report鈥檚 2022 Best Graduate Schools List

UMass Boston鈥檚 graduate programs in sociology, education, nursing, and public affairs are ranked as top 100 programs on 2022 Best Graduate Schools list, released this week. The biggest jumper is UMass Boston鈥檚 graduate programs in education, up 14 spots from the 2021 list.

Five have new top 100 rankings:

• 鈥� , up from No. 62
• Master of Nursing 鈥� , up from No. 66
• &苍产蝉辫;鈥� , up from No. 72
• Doctor of Nursing Practice 鈥�
• Sociology鈥�

UMass Boston鈥檚 part-time MBA program is also ranked, at .

The U.S. News & World Report graduate school rankings, conducted annually, are based on statistics and expert opinions that measure the quality of a school鈥檚 faculty, research and students. All of the rankings assess both the preparedness of a school's incoming students and the career or academic outcomes of a school's graduates.
